Favourite food: Currently Iberico black leg pork loin, cooked pink, this delicious bread of pork is just something very special. Also as you’d expect given the cuisine at the restaurant, I’m very keen on good produce, cooked well. You can make poor food out of good produce, but you cant make good food out of poor produce.”

Candido – Head Chef
Favourite food: “I guess I’m in the right restaurant because I love all thing meat-based. Being Portuguese, we are very keen on meat so there is nothing I enjoy more than a good steak.”


Adem – Chef de Partie
Favourite food: “I love Mediterranean cuisine. Whether it’s the meat, fish or even the vegetables, I love enjoying different types of Mediterranean food.


Stratos – Kitchen Assistant
Favourite food: “I have really varied taste in food. I like sushi and other types of seafood dishes, as well as good meat dishes. I can’t stand snails though!”

Favourite food: “I love a good surf and turf. I also have a big sweet tooth. So much so that, if I had a choice, I’d have a pudding for starter.”

Favourite food: “I love food which has an Asian or Caribbean influence. Basically, I love to eat anything hearty, with a bit of heat and warmth.”

Favourite food: “Steak definitely. It’s handy when you work in a restaurant like ours. I also like Balkan stuffed cabbage, I could eat it all day.”
