We may not be able to determine your guest list or organise transport for the evening but we certainly can take care of the food and location for you. Over the years we have become a firm favourite with our business clientele because they know they can rely on us to provide an experience that’s guaranteed to impress clients, senior management and team members.

Different room options to suit your needs
Whether you’re looking to impress a couple of important clients with an intimate dinner or you want to host a full drinks and canapes evening for a large group, we offer a range of private hire options for corporate events.
You can book a table in the main dining area or we have a private room upstairs which can comfortably seat 12 people. This is the ideal setting for private business meetings or a staff party where the drinks can flow and you don’t have to worry about being too noisy.
We also have a semi-private room located to the side of our main dining area. This can seat up to 16 for dinner.
For larger events, you can hire out the entire venue. We can seat up to 50 people or if you would prefer a standing drinks and canape event, we can cater for up to 100 people.
We understand that you want your business dinner to be special and unique which is why we’re more than happy to take special requests. Simply let us know what you would like in advance and we will make sure this is taken care of for you.
If you have a large party for example and you have a particular wine preference, even if it’s not something we usually stock, we will order it in for you. We believe that it’s these little touches that will really help you to go the extra mile for your event.
Additionally, if you simply want to book your table or room and then leave the rest to us, you’re welcome to do so. Simply let us know your budget and we can put together a bespoke package so all you need to worry about is turning up on the night.
We pride ourselves on the fact that we’re not just an average chain restaurant. Windsor Grill is an independent restaurant which uses the very best ingredients cooked to perfection by our talented chefs. From 28-day aged Surrey Farm Beef to our Chef Patron’s popular specials, we always serve A la Carte because we like to cook things fresh and to the highest standards.
A lot of restaurants require pre-orders for corporate events – this is something we don’t do at Windsor Grill. We feel that not only does this make the booking process stressful and time-consuming, we also understand that you probably don’t know what you’re going to want to eat weeks in advance.
Our restaurant is ideally located just a short walk from Windsor’s town centre. As well as being a stone’s throw away from the castle, shops and many offices, we’re also just a short distance from Windsor’s two train stations which have great links from London, Slough, Reading, Richmond and Staines.
